Ingredients: micronized creatine monohydrate, bulking agent – microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agent – magnesium salts of fatty acids; capsule – gelatine.

 APPLICATION

The preparation is intended for physically active adults doing high intensity workout.

Recommended use: take 3 capsules a day during training or competition days, drinking with a large amount of water.
