Recommended use:

Add 2 heaped scoops (approx. 40g) of Cream of Rice to a bowl then add 200ml of boiling water. Stir until the desired consistency is achieved.

Suggested Use:

-Add fresh fruit and crushed nuts for a healthy, nutritious breakfast. Drizzle with honey for added sweetness if desired.

-Allow Cream of Rice to cool and add 1 serving of NPL's Platinum Whey and 15g of peanut butter OR almond butter for high protein breakfast option.
