Ingredients: water, reconstituted apple juice from apple juice concentrate (20%), beta-alanine, acidity regulator - citric acid; caffeine, flavors, wasabi root extract (Wasabia japonica (Miq.) Matsum.), ginger rhizome extract (Zingiber officinale Rosc.), nicotinic acid amide - niacin, sweeteners - acesulfame K, sucralose, steviol glycosides from stevia; black pepper fruit extract (Piper nigrum L.), cayenne pepper fruit extract (Capsicum annuum L.).

Application
Olimp BLACKWEILER® SHRED Shot dietary supplement is designed for adults with increased physical activity and competitive athletes.
Recommended daily portion: 10 ml 2 times a day, about 30 minutes before training. To measure the portion (10 ml), use the scoop supplied with the product. Shake before use. 1 ampoule contains 6 servings for 3 days of use. After opening, store in the refrigerator, in a tightly closed container and consume within 72 hours.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
Note: contains caffeine; not recommended for use in children and pregnant women (caffeine content: 193 mg/ daily portion 20 ml (2×10 ml)).
Note: It is not recommended for use in breastfeeding women, people with heart disease, hypertension or hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the preparation. Do not exceed the intake of 400 mg of caffeine per day from all sources and 200 mg of caffeine at a time. Do not consume with other products that are a source of caffeine or other ingredients with a similar effect (e.g. other dietary supplements, energy drinks, coffee). Do not use immediately before bedtime or within a few hours before bedtime. Consumption of the product may cause slight tingling or numbness. This is a transient symptom associated with the strong effect of the beta-alanine component. It has no effect on health. The sediment and crystallization that may appear are natural phenomena and do not affect the quality of the product.
