Olimp Blackweiler®Shredis a dietary supplement by Olimp Sport Nutritiondesigned for adults with increased physical activity and competitive athletes.
Recommended daily portion: 1 serving 3 times a day, about 30 minutes before training. Dissolve 1 serving of 6 g (½ scoops) in 100 ml of water. Consume immediately after preparation.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
Note: Olimp Blackweiler®Shredcontains caffeine; it is not recommended for use in children and pregnant women (caffeine content: 100 mg/ 1 servings (6 g), 200 mg/2 servings (12 g), 300 mg/3 servings (18 g)). In addition, the product should not be used during breastfeeding and pregnancy planning, in the case of cardiovascular diseases (e.g. hypertension), diabetes or hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the preparation.
Do not consume with other products that are a source of caffeine or other ingredients with a similar effect (e.g. other dietary supplements, coffee, tea, chocolate) or products containing synephrine (dietary supplements). Do not exceed the intake of 400 mg of caffeine per day from all sources. Do not use immediately before bedtime or within a few hours before bedtime. Do not use with alcohol. Consumption of the product may cause slight tingling or numbness. This is a transient symptom associated with the strong effect of the beta-alanine component. It has no effect on health. To avoid the symptom, use one serving of the product (6 g). If you experience disturbing symptoms, such as malaise, anxiety, palpitations, which may sometimes occur, especially with a portion containing 300 mg caffeine (18 g), the use of the product should be discontinued. Acceptable clumping of the product and the formation of sediment after dissolution in water, which do not affect its quality.
Note: the product should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women or children under the age of 18. Do not consume if you are consuming other foods containing green tea on the same day. Do not consume on an empty stomach. Do not consume a daily amount equal to 800 mg of epigalokatechin 3-gallate (-) or higher.
